What it takes to be a King IT Leading Technician

The ideal candidate will be able to manage their own time, and have the ability to cope with stressful situations. The role is very hands-on, and requires pro-active people who can fix all problems and convert that into perceived value for clients using outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. It’s a goal-focused role, so it’s crucial to be organised. You’ll have to be comfortable leading from the technical aspect, using your knowledge and genius to make your teams and clients lives better by sharing that knowledge. Large parts of the role will be carried out on the retail floor with the customers. You will be focused on delivering a high level of customer engagement. Candidates with hardware and software support certifications and qualifications in IT will be strongly considered.
